Jennifer Lopez is becoming the real life Ross Geller after closing out divorce number four last summer. In the past year, the 56-year-old has been focusing on herself rather than a man, but fans have been wondering if the self-described romantic would be back on the market this summer. Rather, though, the artist revealed that she has no intentions of getting in a relationship anytime soon. Keep reading for more information.
Jennifer Lopez Doesn't Need A Man
In a conversation with Access Hollywood, Lopez recounted a run-in with Tiffany Haddish at the American Music Awards. "I told [Haddish], 'Girl, I'm not looking for no man. I'm happy right now, I'm not trying to ruin it, okay?'" We're certainly happy to hear it!
The mother-of-two doubled down on the sentiment, reposting a clip from the interview on her Instagram page and adding the caption. "In the words of the great Céline Dion, 'I do it for mah-self'."
Lopez was also kept busy this summer with her global Up All Night tour, which finished up on August 12th in Italy. To commemorate closing night, the "Marry Me" singer wrote on Instagram that the past few months of touring have been "the most beautiful, happy, and free summer."

A Divorce To Give You Nightmares
It's certainly good to hear that JLo is having a better summer this year. After last year's divorce from Ben Affleck, she definitely needed it. In the words of an insider speaking to People. "The fairy tale she was promised turned out to be a nightmare in the end."
Though it didn't come close to the nightmare that was the near decade-long divorce of Brangelina, they had their fair share of disputes. From Ben Affleck getting cozy with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner to actually fighting in public, no one was too surprised when Jennifer Lopez filed for divorce just two years after tying the knot.

But JLo's A Romantic?
Prior to Ben, Lopez was married to Ojani Noa from 1997 - 1998, Cris Judd from 2001 - 2003, and Marc Antony from 2004 - 2014. In 2017, Lopez started dated former baseball player Alex Rodriguez and the pair were engaged in March 2019, though they announced their split in 2021 before officially tying the knot. That same year, we got Bennifer 2.0 (the pair originally dated and got engaged between 2002 and 2004).
Despite all this relationship whiplash, JLo still has hope for the one. "She's a hopeless romantic with a huge heart," a source close to the actress dished, adding that she "is convinced that her Mr. Right is out there!"
The source continued, explaining that the mother-of-two "is confiding in friends that she'll never give up on love. Even after all the heartache she's been through, she truly seems to believe that she just hasn't met her forever man yet."

At some point, though, you have to wonder—is it me? After being asked how she figures out what went wrong without edging into the "What's wrong with me?" territory, the 56-year-old told Interview Magazine, "It’s looking back at the feelings underneath and the belief systems that we have about ourselves that make us make certain choices and create certain patterns in our life."
"And so," she continued, "when you get to a point where you think that you’ve learned the lessons, and then it blows up in your face again, you realize, 'Okay, I haven’t, so what is it that I need to look at right now?' I would say, never stop looking inward, because it’s so easy to blame everybody else."
