It’s hot in Los Angeles right now, but Jennifer Lopez is only making things hotter!
On July 17, the multi-hyphenate was spotted on a construction site as she continued her house hunt in the exclusive Bel Air neighborhood. Paparazzi captured her climbing a ladder while exploring the home-in-progress, as well as touring the development with someone who looked to be an architect.
It may have been a casual outing, but J.Lo never misses an opportunity to show off her abs. The “Cambio El Paso” singer looked fresh from a cardio workout as she showed up in one of the smallest workout tops we’ve ever seen-check it out below!

J.Lo paired her teeny-tiny white crop top with black leggings, finishing the look with a chic top bun, sunnies, and white sneakers for comfort. The low-cut top featured a front facing tie that exposed even more of the singer’s body, further proving that she’s aging in reverse.
Somehow, she managed to make the whole ensemble look effortlessly glam. We guess house hunting looks a little different for J.Lo than for the rest of us!

This isn’t the first time the star has been spotted browsing houses in L.A. According to Fox News, she and boyfriend Ben Affleck recently toured a 31,000 square-foot mansion in Holmby Hills, which included a bowling alley, eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.
The pair also checked out the Santa Monica area, bringing J.Lo's twins Max and Emme along for the ride. We were only sad not to see Ben show up this time around! (We bet he would have approved of J.Lo's barely-there gym wear.)
While all this house-hunting makes it seem like the duo are moving in together, a source told TMZ that they aren't quite ready to take that step yet. "Ben, being the good boyfriend he is, was accompanying J.Lo on her own hunt for a mega-mansion ... the two aren't ready to shack up together ... at least not yet," the insider said.
We have a feeling that might not take too long. From all reports, these two seem more in love than ever!
