Julianne Hough has always had an incredible body which she loves showing off (we don’t blame her!) – but she has been looking somewhat thinner later, and it hasn’t gone unnoticed among her fans!
However, the 36-year-old Dancing with the Stars co-host responded to her fans’ concerns about her shrinking frame, and if we are to believe her message, there doesn’t seem to be anything to be concerned about!

Julianne Hough’s ‘Spa Day’ Instagram Video Sparks Concern Among Fans
When the Grease Live! actress shared a video of herself dressed in a teeny tiny bikini while enjoying a spa day – and doing other fun activities such as jumping on a trampoline – her fans’ attention very quickly turned to her bikini body, as they had concerns that she was looking a little *too* thin!
“I’m concerned. Are you ok?” asked one fan in the September 30th Instagram video. “She looks very thin and a little not quite right,” wrote a second worried fan, as a third said: “You look too thin need to add some weight.”
“She doesn’t look right,” thought a fourth fan, as a fifth said she needed to “lighten up on the Ozempic.” “Please gain some weight,” begged another fan, while someone else said: “Something is off and concerning.”
Julianne Hough Responds To Fans' Concerns In Lengthy Instagram Message
The Everything We Never Knew author clearly does read fan comments, as she hopped back on Instagram the next day to address some of the concerns in a lengthy reply in her own comment section.
"I don't usually address comments like this but I'm going to say a few things about this video," Julianne began. "My body has never been healthier – I was full of inflammation in my 20's and had a marker for an auto immune that I addressed and committed to over a year and a half ago," she wrote, adding: "I've frozen my eggs over the last few years which also shifts the body fluctuation. I've never been healthier or happier from the inside out."
"Grief, loss. Sadness and fear also get stored in the body and we hold on to that in different ways. I made it a huge priority to accept, express, process and release a lot of emotions over the years," she added, before going on to address fans who may be "genuinely" worried about her and aren't just trolling her.
"For those of you genuinely concerned because this is unusual for you to see, I understand that what you don't understand feels unfamiliar and sometimes scary," she explained.
"I'm going to continue feeling safe within myself regardless of the outpouring of your comments, and have fun with life which can be really heavy and challenging. So why not be playful and laugh and enjoy the journey instead of taking everything so seriously."
The Safe Haven actress ended her message by saying, "Sending love, light and playful energy your way," and adding a two hearts emoji.
