The Duchess of Cambridge was spotted rehearsing for King Charles‘ upcoming coronation at Westminster Abbey with her children in a chic black-and-white floral midi dress by one of her favorite London-based labels, L.K. Bennett.
Fans were so taken with her springtime ensemble that the piece is now sold out after they rushed to the brand’s site. Kate Middleton Stuns in Floral Midi Dress During Coronation Rehearsal
Princess Kate headed to the iconic church with Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis for a May 3rd dress rehearsal just days before her father-in-law’s historic ceremony. She was photographed in the raved-about, long-sleeved, mid-length floral gown, and it also featured elegant white buttons and strings that tied into a bow at the neckline.

With its flowy fabric and waist emphasis, the number effortlessly flattered the 41-year-old royal’s figure. As for her glam, she wore her signature brunette tresses down and styled into loose waves. The exact piece is L.K. Bennett’s ‘Mortimer Black and White Fruity Floral Print Dress,’ and now, unfortunately for us, as the website states, is “out of stock.” Princess Charlotte, 8, coordinated with her mother in a blue floral dress and matching cardigan.

Kate’s husband, Prince William, 40, was also seen at the rehearsal, and he wore a crisp blue suit. He twinned with their 9-year-old son, George, who as Hello! reports, has been given the honor of acting as one of his grandfather’s pages. At Saturday’s coronation, George will walk behind the 74-year-old King, carrying his robes both as he enters and leaves the Abbey. His younger brother Louis, 5, wore a smart shirt.

What Will Kate Wear to the Official Coronation?
While we’ve luckily caught a look at Kate’s rehearsal outfit, her official clothing for Coronation Day on May 6th is still under wraps. However, we do know that royals who don’t have official roles in the coronation ceremony (like Kate) are expected to don formal daywear to the event. Hello! also adds that many are predicting Kate will sport a floral headpiece instead of a tiara or coronet. We can’t wait to see!
