The “Since U Been Gone” singer, 39, rocked a gorgeous ensemble centered around a shimmering, radiant gold dress earlier this week while promoting her and Snoop Dogg‘s new show, American Song Contest.
In an Instagram post, the OG American Idol champion shared her look with her 5.8 million followers and naturally, they loved it just as much as we did. “KELLY YESSS” wrote one user with heart-eye emojis as another commented on how “flattering and pretty” her dress was.

The garment, a shiny, off-the-shoulder Palmer Harding-designed item, featured a cinched, belted waist and halter neck along with flow sleeves and a floor-length skirt. Clarkson paired this with classic Yves Saint Laurent chunky matching stilettos and accessorized with dangly earrings by Bottega Veneta and statement rings from Alexander McQueen.
The “Breakaway” crooner wore her brown locks down, parted in the middle and styled straight and pulled off a timeless smokey eye, thick eyeliner, a glossy pink lip and glowing blush and highlighter. “Last night’s look on @AmericanSongContest,” she wrote in her IG caption with a glitter emoji, tagging her glam team and the brands she wore.
