Switching things up from a long, straight and sleek look that she rocked for her birthday, Washington embraced her natural texture with some bouncy, shiny curls. The actress posted a stunning selfie to show off the look, posing in red lipstick and flawless skin to highlight the coils.
Washington captioned the pic, “Fresh cut. Curls and coils . Thank to the artist that is @villalobos_linda ✂,” and friends and fans sounded off in the comments with adoration for the new look. “LOVE,” wrote fellow actress Yara Shahidi. To round out 2021, Washington posted a recap to Instagram of some of her favorite looks from the year, showing off the multitude of hair styles she rocked before landing on her curls.
