Khloé Kardashian is now under fire for some recently unearthed comments she made on a podcast in 2019, which have now gone viral on TikTok and seemingly show the Revenge Body star using “fatphobic” sentiments. What was she thinking?!

The comments were made during a conversation with British media personality Jay Shetty. The 37-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star seemed to criticize people who complained about their weight yet still indulged in unhealthy food. The clip, which was posted on July 18th by the TikTok user @Kardashianicon, has stirred up controversy for the mogul, leading to her being slammed online.

The Good American founder said: “I can’t stand people that are like eating a bucket of Häagen-Dazs ice cream, [saying] ‘I’m so fat!'” Yikes! We’re surprised that a person who has argued for body positivity and acceptance would make such triggering statements about other bodies.

She continued: “And like, they won’t work out, they won’t change their diet, they won’t drink more water, they won’t whatever, but they’re complaining, complaining, complaining. I’m like well, you’re always going to be in this victimized state because you’re literally not doing any, you’re not being self-aware. You’re not even looking at your own reflection, saying, ‘Okay, what can I do to change things about myself?’ It’s everybody else’s fault.” This is so bad.

As you can imagine, Khloé’s comments caused quite the stir on several social media platforms. One TikTok user, who seemed to compare Kardashian to a doll due to the alleged plastic surgery she appears to have had over the years, said: “Honey, you are made in China, you are manufactured. You got more plastic in you than the ocean does currently, no ma’am.” Ouch!

“Humble thyself, and remember where thyself came from,” a user called Divazzzzzzzzz commented. “What journey did you go on? Other than to the plastic surgeon. Don’t do that, absolutely do not do that. Get your life together. This video was not it. Try again.”

“Khloe Kardashian is really saying this with her whole chest as if she doesn’t have personal trainers and plastic surgeons sculpting her body for her. Throwback to when she used to be the likeable sister,” another angry fan wrote on Twitter.

A few fans mentioned how Kardashian's comments could be dangerous or triggering for people who have suffered or are still suffering with eating disorders, with one user commenting, "She bought a whole new body and now acts like this?! I used to love her so much because she wasn't like her sisters. I hope she realizes what she said."

Fitness and healthy eating are clearly very important to Khloe, as she has transformed herself to almost unrecognizable levels over the years, largely due to diet and exercise. And possibly fillers, Botox, and surgery, but that is of course, all speculation. She hosted her very own makeover show, Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian back in 2017, which typically required people to lose weight, exercise, and undergo a make-over to get revenge; on their exes. She also credited her intense workout regime and a very healthy diet with losing 60lbs after giving birth to her daughter, True Thompson in 2018.

Khloe Kardashian has yet to comment on the backlash, but we'll keep you posted if and when she does. Do you think her comments were insensitive and potentially dangerous and triggering?
