Khloé Kardashian has undergone an epic weight loss transformation over the years, with fans often left in awe of her incredible slender and super-toned frame. And as she is part of one of the most famous families in the world, there are more than a few pictures that prove just how far she has come!
As well as having her life documented on TV, the 39-year-old Good American founder is also prone to posting pictures and videos from inside the gym, to prove that there is a lot of hard work that goes into her svelte frame and rock-hard abs. Is this also to prove that she is losing weight in a healthy way amid the criticism?
Although the mom-of-two has received a lot of compliments from fans regarding her slimmed-down appearance (as was the case with one of her most recent Instagram posts) she has also faced some criticism from them for her weight loss too, with some speculating that she must have had help from the controversial weight loss drug Ozempic or even surgery. Other fans didn’t seem to care *how* she lost weight, and were just concerned about her current weight, as they feared she had gone too far. More on this later.

Fans Rave About Khloé Kardashian’s Slimmed Down Appearance
On February 7th, Khloé shared a carousel of images and videos of herself wearing a jaw-dropping, figure-hugging low-cut dress – and she looked sensational! She flaunted her incredible curves in a sparkly dress which featured a plunging front and drew attention to her incredible silhouette – and fans couldn’t help but shower her with compliments in the comments section.
“The way our jaws dropped,” the official Hulu account wrote, followed by the heart eyes emoji. “You’re always looking so beautiful,” gushed one fan, as someone else said, “Flawless Khloé,” followed by the fire emoji. “Out of this world,” raved another fan.

Fans Think Khloé Kardashian Looks 'Too Thin' On Instagram After 60-Lb Weight Loss
Fans weren't as complimentary of Khloé's appearance a few months ago though. Back in November, Khloé took to Instagram to post a heartwarming tribute to her mom's boyfriend, Corey Gamble, on his 43rd birthday. Despite the celebratory occasion, fans have been fixated on Kardashian's appearance, claiming that she looks "unhealthy" and "scary skinny" in a clip where she and Kris Jenner‘s partner show off their dance moves.
While Khloé has openly discussed her weight loss journey, having shed 60 pounds through diet and exercise, some fans are speculating that she may have undergone plastic surgery procedures or taken drugs like Ozempic to lose weight. These comments have left others questioning her "altered" appearance, with some even claiming to "not recognize her" at all.
Fans Are 'Concerned' About Khloé Kardashian's 'Much Skinnier' Frame
In the comment section of Kardashian's post in honor of Gamble, many fans complimented Kardashian's style and thinner frame; but others expressed their "concerns" about her looking "too thin." In several of the slides in the post, she could be seen donning curve-hugging, skintight mini and midi dresses (one with animal print, another hot pink latex piece), which some found to be "gorgeous," "hot" and "fun."
One user wrote beneath her upload: "I miss thick Khloé" as another added: "Love Khloé but she is so skinny." Someone else replied: "Sooo skinny" with a crying emoji as one other commented: "look at her thin legs."
Kardashian has raised concerns among her followers in the past, as she openly shared her weight loss journey. Despite critics questioning whether her transformation was a result of "surgery or medication," she credited her achievement to "hard work."
For years, there has been extensive speculation surrounding alterations to her physical appearance. In 2021, Kardashian addressed this during the highly viewed Keeping Up with the Kardashians reunion event. "For me, everyone says, ‘Oh my gosh, she's had her third face transplant!' I've had one nose job!" she said.
She added: "Everyone gets so upset, like, why don't I talk about it? No one's ever asked me!" She went on, telling host Andy Cohen: "You're the first person that's ever asked me in an interview about my nose. I've done, sure, injections. Not really Botox. I've responded horribly to Botox."
Kardashian has also faced countless accusations of resorting to plastic surgery or weight loss drugs to slim down. However, she has repeatedly denied these claims. In January 2023, she responded to an Instagram commenter who accused her of taking drugs like Ozempic. "The fact that she uses [diabetic] medicine to get this skinny is disturbing," the user wrote under a mirror pic she posted. Khloé shot back: "Let's not discredit my years of working out. I get up five days a week at 6 a.m. to train. Please stop with your assumptions. I guess new year still means mean people."
Despite the star refuting allegations of undergoing various plastic surgery procedures that social media users have accused her of throughout the years, her appearance has undoubtedly undergone a significant change since the mid-2000s.
