Kim Kardashian Throws Herself A Grad Party
On May 23rd, Kim Kardashian took to her Instagram page to share a video looking in on the graduation party she threw for herself in her Hidden Hills home. With the caption, “Graduating class of 20205!” Kim shared a compilation of the ceremony she threw, the reception she hosted after, and the many gifts she received—we have to admit, it looks like a great party!
From the nude cap & gown to the nude flowers lining the tables, everything about it was quintessentially Kim Kardashian. She even blew up her used flash cards and had them made into placemats! Despite how well thought out the party is, fans couldn’t help but point out that she didn’t quite graduate from anything.

In addition to Kim's video montage of the event, her mother, Kris Jenner, posted a photo montage on her own account, and came right out of the gate with the caption: "Kim's my lawyer!! Kimberly I am beyond in awe of you!! Watching you walk across that stage and graduate from Law School after six years of hard work and commitment to this rigorous program will forever be one of the most emotional, proudest, and exciting moments as your Mom."
This didn't go over well with fans either, with many users pointing out the falsity of the situation. "Kim does not have a bachelors degree or a law degree," one person commented. "She is not a lawyer. It's called 'reading law' program she completed. She has to take & pass the bar exam for any of this to be legal or her to be consider a graduate or a lawyer."
"Such an insult for anyone WHO ACTUALLY PASSED THE BAR EXAM!" another person said.
"Calling Kim Kardashian a lawyer is the same as calling Katy Perry an astronaut," a third added.
