In a candid Instagram post shared on January 25th, the 36-year-old “Truth Hurts” singer, who has reportedly lost around 60 lbs., revealed that she had finally reached her weight loss goal, and confessed that she hadn’t been the weight she is now since 2014!

Lizzo shared a mirror selfie which showed off her slimmer new frame with her 11.6M followers, as well as another picture which highlighted some of her weight loss achievements. The mirror selfie also contained a badge which confirmed that she had finally achieved her weight loss goal, while the second picture showed that her BMI had gone down by 10.5, and that she had lost 16% body fat.
The "2 Be Loved" singer captioned her post: "I did it. Today when I stepped on my scale, I reached my weight release goal. I haven't seen this number since 2014!"
The "Good as Hell" hitmaker, who has shared empowering messages with her fans throughout her epic weight loss journey, concluded her caption by writing: "Let this be a reminder you can do anything you put your mind to. Time for new goals!"
