Unlike some celebrities who are going down the controversial weight loss injections route such as Ozempic and Mounjaro (regardless of whether they admit to it or not!) the 36-year-old “About Damn Time” singer seems to be going down the diet and exercise route. The “Pink” singer shared an inspirational before and after video with her fans on August 14th, proving just how effective one particular arm toning exercise is!
She captioned the post: “If you’re reading this… remember you can do ANYTHING you put your mind to! Stay focused, you got this.”
The video, which has “Like That” by Future, Metro Boomin, and Kendrick Lamar playing on top of it, sees the “2 Be Loved” singer using an arm machine at the gym, versus a more recent video of her using a similar machine. And the difference in her arms is hard to ignore!
