Starbucks, a globally renowned coffeehouse chain, offers a diverse menu of coffee and beverage options that cater to a wide range of tastes. While some of their signature drinks can be rich in calories and sugars, it’s possible to make smart swaps and adjustments to create a Starbucks drink that aligns with goals like weight loss.

TikTok creator Lauren Hubert, MS, dietitian (@sororitynutritionist), shared one of her favorite healthy Starbucks order that is low-calorie and also is low in sugar. Her vanilla sweet cream cold brew only has 70 calories and is perfect for weight loss without compromising taste.

Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew

She starts by noting that “a regular vanilla sweet cream cold brew packs around 110 calories.” However, she shares her own way to order the drink which brings it down to an impressive 70 calories.

“All you need is a grande vanilla sweet cream cold brew with no vanilla syrup and you’re going to swap it for sugar-free vanilla,” Hubert says. “This drink is 70cal and just as delicious.”

This modification effectively cuts down on the intake of sugars and unnecessary calories while still allowing individuals to indulge in the delightful flavors Starbucks is known for.

The drink remains delicious, proving that small adjustments in the ordering process can contribute to more mindful and health-conscious choices, supporting those aiming for weight loss without compromising on the enjoyment of their favorite beverages.
