Lucy Hale really loves a sheer dress moment! We can’t blame her–it’s the biggest red carpet trend among celebrities of 2019!
For the Los Angeles Premiere Of The Orchard’s “The Unicorn” at the Hollywood ArcLight Cinema, Hale stepped onto the red carpet in a fun and flirty mini dress by Georges Chakra from the designer’s 2017 FW Couture Collection.
Her semi-sheer velvet dress featured a deep-v neckline and a feathered hem. As to the color of her mini dress, Hale disclosed there was some discussion over the matter.

“The debate of “Was this dress red or orange?” continues. Let’s take a poll. I say Orange,” read her Instagram caption. While fans casted their votes, designer Georges Chakra cleared the air with his own Instagram post.
