The Project Runway star has a lot to celebrate in life right now, with continued success in her career and viral red carpet appearances. She’s celebrating a lot in her personal life as well, given that the second-eldest of her four children, her son, Henry Samuel, just turned 21 years old.
On Instagram, she posted a rare at-home video of Henry and her husband, Tom Kaulitz, as the couple gifted him a rather luxurious 21st birthday gift. The birthday boy and Tom step outside their home to reveal a bright red Ferrari F430 with a golden bow on it.
“Oh my god,” Henry can be heard saying after hugging his stepfather. “I don’t even know what to say.”

Though the mom of four tends to keep comments turned off on her Instagram posts, this time the comments were open, and some social media users began to weigh in on how they thought the car was too extravagant a gift for the 21-year-old.
