If you’ll recall, the 37-year-old Transformers actress and the “Bloody Valentine” musician have had quite a rocky relationship since first getting together after meeting on the set of Midnight in the Switchgrass, with the former Sports Illustrated: Swimsuit cover star even confirming on the Call Her Daddy podcast that they have called off their engagement. However, the pair still seem to be amicable, with Megan also telling the podcast that regardless of what happens, they will always be in each other’s lives.

The "Emo Girl" musician – real name Colson Baker – shared some pictures of his birthday bash on his Instagram account on April 22nd. And one of them featured the Jennifer's Body star wearing a super-racy black cropped corset, teamed with some baggy black pants, black and white sneakers, and an oversized black jacket. She accessorized with layers of silver choker-style necklaces, and blue nail polish to match her new blue locks.
In the picture, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles alum was crouching down next to her on-off beau, who was sitting on the floor wearing an oversized blue T-shirt with a picture of Nelly on the front.

The mom-of-three shared some close-up pictures of her birthday outfit on her own Instagram too, which gave fans the chance to appreciate her outfit and her teardrop-inspired eye makeup, in more detail. She captioned the post: "Don't cry tears we cry diamonds."
