Meghan Markle has once again been accused of treating her staff poorly, years after being cleared of bullying palace staffers when she was still a working royal.

Insider Calls Meghan Markle 'A Dictator In High Heels'
"Everyone's terrified of Meghan," a source spilled to the pub, before going on to say: "She belittles people, she doesn't take advice."
The insider claimed that the mom-of-two is "absolutely relentless," adding: "I've watched her reduce grown men to tears. She marches around like a dictator in high heels, barking orders and fuming when things don't go her way."
The THR report comes just a few months after Prince Harry and Meghan's charitable foundation Archewell lost yet another staff member. Reports claimed that chief of staff Josh Kettler and Archewell parted ways mutually after he was hired on a trial basis, but do we believe that?!
Prince Harry Has Been Described As 'An Enabler'
And it isn't just the American Riviera Orchard founder who the source spoke about, as Prince Harry has also come under fire too. Although not quite in the same way as his wife, it seems.
"They're both poor decision-makers, they change their minds frequently," the source said about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. "Harry is a very, very charming person — no airs at all — but he's very much an enabler," they continued, adding: "And she's just terrible."

As expected, this story garnered quite a big response on social media, and there were mixed reactions from fans and critics alike on a TikTok video captioned: "Is Meghan a bully? Or is everyone else simply not used to her?"
"At first I thought it was just hate but it keeps happening," noted one TikTok user. "She is a bully simple as. Now both UK and US staff have called her bullies like they can't blame the RF this time," wrote a second, as a third said: "How come Kate was never accused of this? Oh, yeah because she is not an arrogant narcissist. Not all people in power act like this." A fourth added: "She does have a trail of broken friendships and axed family members, a high turnover of employees… just saying."
"It's sad that Meghan is being used as a distraction from the true criminal prince Andrew! he is disgusting. Meghan is a smart beautiful woman!" exclaimed one fan in her defense, as a second simply thought the bullying allegations were "lies."
