Back in November 2022, the 41-year-old former Suits actress took part in a moderated discussion with Rabbi Sandy Sasso, an acclaimed writer and community leader, at a Women’s Fund of Central Indiana event at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown. The Power of Women: An Evening with Meghan, The Duchess of Sussex event was in aid of the Women’s Fund mission to invest in the lives of women and girls in the state. And Meghan rendered us speechless with the stunning emerald green Giorgio Armani dress she was wearing!
The Giorgio Armani jersey midi dress featured long sleeves and a twisted keyhole design in the middle, which some might think is a little racy for the royal family. Who knows if Meghan could have gotten away with this if she and Prince Harry were still working members of the royal family?

Meghan accessorized her striking green dress with some Manolo Blahnik BB 90mm suede pumps in a bold and contrasting purple color, which was actually quite significant considering the occasion. According to Page Six at the time, the International Women’s Day website noted that green and purple (as well as white) are the IWD official colors. According to News18, the colors “originated from the Women’s Social and Political Union (WSPU) in the United Kingdom in 1908. Purple signifies justice and dignity; green symbolizes hope; white represents purity.” You learn something new every day!
Meghan finished off her look by wearing her hair in a chic updo, with a few strands of hair tucked behind her ears. She looked totally glowing, and it’s no wonder we still haven’t been able to get this look out of our heads!
