Mila Kunis recently visited the Los Angeles Times Studio at RBC House to tackle a segment titled “Very Important Questions” about her 2025 TIFF appearance, and she was joined by her Wake Up Dead Man co-stars, including Daniel Craig, Jeremy Renner, and others.
For the interview, the Black Swan actress wore a sleek all-black ensemble, featuring a ruched sleeveless top paired with loose matching trousers. She cinched her waist with a leather buckle belt and completed the look with black ankle-strap heels. Her hair was styled in a slicked-back ponytail, and she sported a radiant, autumn-inspired makeup look.

The mother of two is embracing her signature dark aesthetic as she hit the red carpet in early October for the Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery premiere at the 69th BFI London Film Festival held at The Royal Festival Hall. She wowed in a custom black Dolce & Gabbana strapless gown, featuring a sequin-embellished bodice and a satin, floor-length skirt with hidden pockets.
And in September, she turned heads at the TIFF premiere of the movie in a chic white midi dress that gave off major bridal vibes.
Mila and her husband, Ashton Kutcher, have stayed united despite swirling headlines about divorce rumors, the Danny Masterson scandal, and Ashton’s friendship with P. Diddy. Recently, the actor faced criticism after revealing during a panel for the FX series The Beauty at New York Comic Con that he’s missed out on projects because of his appearance.
"I think every role you get, part of it is what you look like, right? It's a very big part of what you're imbuing as the character. And so, there are roles that I've gotten because of the way I look, and there are roles that I haven't gotten because of the way I look," he said during the panel.

“Sometimes it’s frustrating,” the actor admitted, noting that he’s been overlooked for “down-on-your-luck” roles due to his eye-catching appearance.
Yet, he remained understanding of the process, adding, “You're trying to tell a story with pictures, and the pictures need to create a feeling for the audience," he said. Kutcher explained that his experience as a producer has given him insight into why certain casting decisions are made.
Still, social media users weren’t shy about sharing their reactions to Ashton's remarks.
“Cry me a river. He’s the same in every movie,” said one user. A second wrote, “He’s not that great of an actor. His looks are what's helped him.” A third commented, “You have also benefited greatly by the way you look.” A fourth noted, “Pretty sure it’s because he is literally the same character in anything he does.” A fifth questioned, “So is he saying he’s too good-looking? You’re cute, but you’re no George or Brad. This is kinda vain.” Another person sarcastically added, “Life must be so hard for him.”
