Lining is even across bra. It is NOT padded like a push up bra. There is a soft piece of padding on the back where the hooks go that prevents any itching or discomfort. This is the most comfortable underwire bra that I have ever worn. Normally I have to cut a little whole and remove the wire from underwire bras. That is not true with this one. It also looks great. I liked it so much I bought it in every color in my size!”
