Wilde made headlines last month as the custody battle over her two kids with ex Sudeikis went on. She was in a relationship with the Ted Lasso actor from 2011 to 2020. The former couple share one 8-year-old son Otis and 6-year-old daughter Daisy. Most recently, last month the Tron: Legacy actress and her legal team called for a judgement on child support, as per documents obtained by The Blast.
Wilde alleges that she is incurring most of the expenses for her and the Saturday Night Live alum's children. She claims that Sudeikis is "not currently paying child support to me, despite my requests through counsel that we agree upon an interim support amount to avoid further litigation in this matter."
Wilde added, "While Jason and I have been splitting certain expenses for the children, such as their school tuition, I have been bearing 100% of the costs of the children's care when they are with me, including, but not limited to, their food, clothing, childcare, extracurricular activities, and transportation costs."
