The Kardashian family is well-known for their purported use of plastic surgery to enhance their physical appearance. Dr. Andrew Peredo, a renowned New York-based plastic surgeon for celebrities, has recently shared his insights on the intricate procedures he believes the family has undergone.
Peredo, an expert in facial aesthetic procedures, told The Daily Mail that he believes each member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan has invested tens of thousands of dollars in maintaining their youthful looks. He further speculated that Kris Jenner, in particular, has likely spent over “six figures” in her quest for a more youthful appearance.

He divulged that it seems as though nearly all members of the family have undergone rhinoplasty and lip filler treatments to enhance their appearance. However, it appears that certain members, such as Kourtney Kardashian, have opted to exercise restraint in comparison to others, such as Kim, who have taken their surgical transformations to greater extremes.
Regarding the “momager” Kris Jenner, 68, Peredo told the outlet: “She looks great for her age, but Kris has definitely had some help along the way. I would say Kris has had the most work done out of all the Kardashians. Hers is definitely a six-figure-face.” He added: “To begin with, she has most likely had some type of facial rejuvenation to the lower face and neck, possibly a facelift.”

He continued, while comparing a photo of her from the mid-2000s to a more modern one: “She has most likely had a nose job, or rhinoplasty, definitely more than once and maybe before the 2006 photo. Her upper eyelids also seem to have changed, so she has probably had surgery there.” He also believed that “there are signs of some lip and cheek filler too.”
With Jenner’s nose, Peredo noted that “you can see in the 2006 photo she has had some work done because the proportions are straight and the nostrils are a bit wide and the tip is a bit thin.”

He continued: "This isn't a Michael Jackson nose that has been operated on several times, but it has definitely lost some of its normal definition — and has a more hollowed out and skinny type of look."
In 2023, he stressed that "the tip just looks a bit different, it looks a bit fuller," alluding to more surgery. Regarding someone's upper eyelids, Peredo explained that "they tend to hood as you get older."
When looking at Jenner in the 2000s and now, he said that this area "has reduced and you can see that there is a more distinct eyeshadow now." That wouldn't be "expected as someone gets older," he went on.
Regarding Jenner's alleged facelift, the expert said: "I would just assume she has had one because of her age and as she has had this much work done already, she would likely want some tightening." He added: "and also with her cheeks, they are a lot fuller, so she has definitely had more augmentation to go with that as well."
In 2019, Jenner told People Magazine, regarding plastic surgery and Botox injections: "It's a one-stop show for me. And who doesn't love Botox? For me, it's been really great."
She also opened up about her skincare routine: "My routine is pretty simple, but it always has been my entire life. A massage, a great facial, a manicure and a little Botox and I'm good to go. I'm pretty traditional. As long as I'm clean and scrubbed up, I'm a happy camper."
When asked about nose job rumors, Jenner said to RuPaul when appearing on E!'s Good Work in 2015: "I was born with [my nose]. They say that about all my kids — we haven't had our noses done."
Since then, Khloé Kardashian has admitted to a rhinoplasty procedure, and both fans and critics continue to speculate about Jenner's rumored nose job.
