Joined by celebrities, such Dua Lipa and others, William and Kate revealed an important mental health message to nearly 20 million people for one minute.
Their official Instagram page, Kensington Royal, shared a video highlighting the address to the world. And we are so glad that they did!
“We’re all connected. And sometimes just talking about how you’re feeling can make a big difference. So right now, let’s join together across the UK and reach out to someone," William says in the clip.

The message couldn't have come at a more important time, as the world struggles with the implications of the coronavirus pandemic. Additionally, it was the start of Mental Health Awareness Week in Britain.
Kate continued, “If you’re struggling, it’s important to talk about it. Or if someone you know is acting differently, it’s okay to ask how they are. Use this moment to send a message.” Wow, we just got chills!
