The Dog Gone actor, 59, snapped a pic for his 1.9 million followers while swimming in crystal-clear waters as a beautiful sunset filled the background of his photo.
The St. Elmo’s Fire alum wrote in his caption, “33 years ago today I found recovery and a tribe that has sustained me on my incredible, grateful journey. My life is full of love, family, God, opportunity, friends, work, dogs and fun.”
The Parks & Recreation star continued, writing, “If you or someone you know is struggling with any form of addiction: hope and joy are waiting if you want it, and are willing to work for it!”

This also isn’t Lowe’s first epic selfie, as his followers know! Last month, the Unstable actor uploaded a wholesome pic with his wife, Sheryl Berkoff and fans commended the “stunning” couple. He wrote in his caption, “Date night with my beautiful sweetie!”
