Fans Think Sharon Osbourne Looks 'Underweight' In Baggy Clothes At The Rolling Stone UK Awards After Admitting She Went 'Too' Far With Ozempic

At the inaugural Rolling Stone UK Awards, Sharon Osbourne proudly accepted the Icon Award on behalf of her husband Ozzy Osbourne, which was presented to her by Yungblud. For the recent event, she donned a chic loose-fitting white pantsuit featuring sleek black detailing at the neckline.

However, after uploading a video of her touching acceptance speech, several fans expressed their concerns for her well-being on X, formerly known as Twitter. Some speculated that she looked “underweight,” especially since she recently admitted to losing “too much” weight due to the controversial weight loss drug, Ozempic. Sharon, 71, has been vocal about her struggles with the medication and recently opened up more about it in Weekend magazine.

When speaking with the publication last month, Sharon said that Ozempic, which was initially developed to assist individuals with type-2 diabetes in regulating their blood sugar levels, is “very dangerous” if taken to lose weight. After taking it, Sharon said: “I’m too gaunt. I can’t put any weight on.”

Sharon Osbourne Looks ‘Underweight’ At Rolling Stone UK Awards, Fans Say

“I want to,” she continued, “because I feel I’m too skinny. I’m under 100 lb and I don’t want to be.” While the television personality has always been on the more petite side, she believes she took it too far this time. “You can lose so much weight and it’s easy to become addicted to that, which is very dangerous,” she also dished to the outlet.

“I couldn’t stop losing weight, and now I’ve lost 42 lb and I can’t afford to lose anymore.” Sharon also warned that not everyone should have access to the drug: “My warning is don’t give it to teenagers,” explaining that the pounds fall off in a way that’s “just too easy.” She went on: “Be careful what you wish for.”

At the Rolling Stone UK ceremony, Sharon sweetly told the audience, regarding her husband and rock legend Ozzy, 75, who could not attend the event: “He’s been making music for 55 years and he’s never had a dud album. He’s sold 150 million albums in those 55 years, and I am just so proud of him as a man, and as a musician. It’s been my honor to be on his coattails.”

On X, many fans revealed they were "touched" by her speech dedicated to her beau, and others shared their worries for her health and weight.

"Ozempic f—d up Sharon Osbourne," one user tweeted shortly after her awards show appearance. They added: "She lost too much weight, needs to put some more back on but her body is so f—d up from the stuff she literally can’t."

Another commented under Sharon's recent IG post of her speech: "Sharon is too thin."

Late last month, Sharon also revealed that Ozzy isn't a fan of her very slimmed-down figure. On Good Morning Britain, she said: "He doesn't like it," before noting that the "Crazy Train" hitmaker thought she shed too many pounds recently.

"And he's scared that something us going to happen to me," Sharon continued. "He says, 'You've got skinny then something else is going to happen.' He's always thinking about the downside — that it's too good to be true."

She also noted that her decision to try Ozempic was due to her being "fed up" with her previous physique. "I just thought, 'I've tried everything so I might as well try this,'" she said.

On the talk show, she stressed: "I don't think it's for teenagers at all. I'm scared for like 16- to 20-year-olds because it's easy to say, 'This is it. I can eat what I want. I keep taking this injection and I'm like this.'"

The mom of two went on: "I just think it needs to be in the hands of older people, who totally understand there could be side effects to this."

While Sharon's weight loss caused by Ozempic continues to elicit concern from some of her fans, there are others who applaud her for being candid and forthright about her experience with the drug.
