Sweeney donned a custom ensemble from the Italian luxury brand, including its pink crystal skirt, which featured an ultra-low waist, a high slit and two belt buckle details. With this piece, Sweeney paired a pink ‘Georgette’ shirt, which had a low-cut neckline, two T-shirt-like sleeves, and a super-cropped hemline. To complete her look, the Marvel newcomer rocked sky-high silver ‘Crystal Platform Sandal’ heels that emphasized her long legs.

For the event in Santa Monica, CA, Sweeney wore her long blonde locks down, parted in the middle and styled into elegant waves. As for makeup, she pulled off a stunning 60s-inspired black eyeliner and light eyeshadow combo that made her blue eyes pop. She also went for a glossy pink lip and rosy blush along her cheekbones. Euphoria was a huge hit at the awards ceremony— garnering 4 trophies, including ‘Best Show,’ ‘Best Fight’ (which Sweeney accepted the award for as her character Cassie was part of the duel), ‘Here for the Hookup’ (honoring the show’s many romantic relationships) and Sweeney’s co-star Zendaya virtually accepted her award for ‘Best Performance In A Show.’

Sweeney thanked her fans for voting and shared her show-stopping outfit with her 13.2 million Instagram followers in two posts soon after the ceremony. In the first upload, Sweeney posted beautiful pics from a photo shoot in her Miu Miu get-up and wrote, “MTV” in her caption with glitter emojis.

In her second post, Sweeney shared a cute pic of her holding 3 popcorn trophies that Euphoria scored as well as other images from her big night. “Thank you to all the amazing fans who made this night one to remember!” she wrote, “Love you all!” Many fans took to her comment section to highlight how “stunning” she looked in such a “early 2000s red carpet look.” (We couldn’t agree more and could def see Cassie rocking this crystal-embellished, ab-revealing ensemble!)
