Taylor Swift has been in the public eye since she was a teenager, therefore, her face has changed quite a bit over the years. Still, some cosmetic professionals are convinced she’s had a bit of subtle work done that’s kept her looking especially glowy and youthful over the years.
An aesthetics doctor and plastic surgeon recently made a viral Instagram reel breaking down the potential cosmetic treatments and procedures the singer-songwriter may have received throughout her career. After the video was posted, more internet users became convinced that she’d done something to her face, and they were left impressed by how low-key the changes were. An Aesthetics Doctor Breaks Down The Potential Work Taylor Swift Has Had Done Over The Years
Dr. Jonny Betteridge is an aesthetics doctor in the UK who has his own practice and creates content all about plastic surgery or other treatments celebrities may or may have not received. After all, many people in the public eye stay tight-lipped about their elective surgeries, as they often prefer to let their viewers and fans think they achieved their looks naturally.
Taylor Swift has been quite open with her fans about her struggles with body image and what it's like constantly being judged and put on display by the world. Still, she hasn't said much about any plastic surgery or work she may have done over the years as she's become one of the most iconic musicians in the world. Dr. Betteridge on the other hand, believes she has had work done, but it's very subtle work that's helped her transition from teenager to adult very gracefully.
"We've seen Taylor Swift's face change quite noticeably through the years, but what exactly might she have done to achieve this appearance?" asks Dr. Betteridge at the start of his video.
He then says to "appreciate" her facial changes; it's crucial to look back at photos from when she was 16, 18, and 20 years old before looking at her today.
"Now at 35, I think she's had Botox, a surgical brow lift, upper blepharoplasty, cheek filler, rhinoplasty, a chin implant, and veneers," says Dr. Betteridge.
He notes that the Eras Tour star's chin seems to be the part of her face that has impacted her appearance the greatest, as it has an impact on the structure of her face. One thing he doesn't think she's ever done, which many other celebrities do, is get lip filler, as she's always had great, full lips since she first broke out on the music scene.
He believes there's a more noticeable "arch" to her eyebrows, which could be due to a brow lift. Additionally, there's more space on her eyelids, her nose is slimmer, and her chin is elongated, changing the "overall shape of her face."

Fans React To The Subtle Yet Effective Changes In Taylor's Face
Toward the end of his video on the "Anti-Hero" singer, Dr. Betteridge says, "Nothing about her face has been dramatically changed, but overall, her face has a more lifted and contoured look to it."
"She looks very elegant, and whatever work she may have had done has been done in a very subtle but impactful way."
The informative video was very interesting to fans of Taylor's and other internet users, who assumed that she hadn't had any work done at all, admitting that if she did anything, it's hardly recognizable to those who don't work in the cosmetics or aesthetics field.
"The changes are just enough so that no untrained eye will perceive any work has been done; it's masterful," commented an Instagram user on Dr. Betteridge's post.
"I just don't see the work," wrote another. "She is just stunning."
"Subtle but impactful, as you said," added an additional user.
While Taylor has yet to admit to any cosmetic treatments or plastic surgery procedures, most can agree that if she has used it, it's barely noticeable, and she still looks stunning.
