The Kardashian Family's 'Disciplined' Diet
Khristianne Uy, more commonly known as Chef K, has been working for the Kardashian-Jenner clan for nearly 9 years, having worked for Kris, Kylie, Khloé, Kourtney and her husband Travis Barker, and Kim. "As far as their diet goes," she said, "They're really disciplined."
However, they do indulge every once in a while with a "cheat meal," including grilled cheese or pasta, especially around the holidays. "I've noticed, too, when holidays hit," Chef K explained, "I mean, no one's trying to slim away. So they do have their pasta, they'll have their cheese, they'll have their breads, too."
"But, she continued, "they're all so active with their walks in the mornings and their gym routines."
The family's favorite cheat meal? A grilled cheese. "Hands down," Chef K says. "With Rao's Homemade tomato sauce, it's just the easiest 10-minute thing. Who doesn't love a grilled cheese with tomato bisque, right?"
The Kardashians' 'Rigid' Fitness Routine
The Kardashians often let their fans know what workouts they're up to—Kendall jetting off to pilates in Alo Yoga sets, Khloé lifting weights in the gym—we've seen it all on social media. And Chef K confirms that it isn't just for the camera.
"Let's just say they have one whole grilled cheese," Chef K said. "They'll make up for it by working out at the gym. They're really rigid about that." A family who works out together, stays together, right?
