The One Bra Every Woman With Small Boobs Needs (It's Not A Push-Up!)

For us less-well-endowed ladies, bra shopping isn't always easy. Yes, we hear the world's smallest violin playing, but it's true. It's not necessarily an issue of having options--every brand sells A and B cups (although you'd be surprised how many times Victoria's Secret does *not* have A cups stocked in the popular colors on the floor). It's more of an issue of fit. And of course, there's the look. You want to look feminine, and dare I say sexy in a bra--not like 90% bra, 10% lady. Bralettes don't give any lift. Padded bras ride up. The struggle is in every way real.

Comfortable lingerie from Little Bra Company for everyday wear.

Enter The Little Bra Company. Founded by fellow itty-bitty-titty-committee member Emily Lau in 2007, the brand offers bras especially with petite women with small cup sizes in mind. As Lau writes on the site, after years of searching for the perfect bra, "I designed a bra that fit my smaller back better and gave me the natural-looking curve I wanted with the strategically placed, contoured push-up padding." YAS!

Stylish bras by Little Bra Company showcasing elegant design.

I shopped the site, and this is definitely a place where the mantra "good things do come in small packages" is promoted. The sizes offered are 28, 30, 32, 34, 36 and 38 A; 28, 30, 32, 34 and 36 B; and 28, 30, 32 and 34 C. While they use the word "petite"--Lau points out that it's not just for women 5'4" and under. "We have taller customers who happen to have a smaller rib cage and/or bust frame who fit our smaller bras better as well." If this is you--you have just found the exact right place to be buying bras.

Lau sympathizes with those of us that have had to shop for bras "in the tween section." TLBC (The Little Bra Company) definitely feels like a grown-up women's store. In terms of fit, the styles are all about enhancing your natural petite bust--you'll find gorgeous lace demi-cups, deep plunge necklines, contoured push-ups, padded and non-padded (every small-chested woman doesn't want padding!) and event super-practical design features like halter backs. The variety will be a wonderful surprise for any woman whose struggled to find their size.

Beautifully designed bras from Little Bra Company for all sizes.

They even have a Sports Bra (the Elizabeth), convertible bras (it is strapless dress season!), sexy baby doll dresses, underwear and more.

What are you waiting for? All ye small-chested ladies better be heading over to TLBC stat. Your life is about to be changed...
