If you're wondering how a 51-year-old gets a body like that, remember that A.Rod's bride has said she likes to switch up her workouts, which include kickboxing, circuit training, HIIT, and dancing.
Her trainer told Oprah magazine that for the abs, a typical core workout includes ab raises, crunches, and sit-ups with a 45 pound plate. Well that should do the trick!
She’s also very disciplined, telling Us Weekly, “Very rarely will I skip my workout. Sometimes, I work too late the night before, and I’m like, ‘Ugh, I can’t do this.’ But I tell myself, ‘Just do it. It’s only an hour.’ It’s just talking yourself off the ledge of being a lazy bum.” Well, okay then!

On the food side, the performer eats lean protein (turkey, chicken, grass-fed beef, nutrient-rich veggies, healthy fats (salmon) and complex carbs (oatmeal, sweet potatoes, quinoa).
She’s also gave up caffeine and opts for water instead to stay hydrated. “I haven’t had caffeine in years,” she told Hollywood Life.
J.Lo is also a new covergirl; she recently starred Coach's latest campaign alongside her mother, Guadalupe Rodríguez, and 12-year-old twins, Emme and Max Muñiz. And that's the best look-good secret of all: have good genes!
