Last night, Dame Helen Mirren walked the red carpet for her new movie, Red 2, in a pair of stripper heels. No, seriously, she literally wore stripper heels. According to the Telegraph UK, Mirren purchased the shoes years ago in a Hollywood Boulevard stripper shop for $39. The 6-inch lucite heels are favorite of Mirren’s because they make her legs look “look unbelievably long.” We can’t arrange with that. The 67-year-old looked absolutely amazing on the red carpet. Although these shoes look like they were stolen right off the feet of a Nasty Gal model, Mirren rocked them. The trick here is that the rest of her outfit isn’t over the top. Oh, and it doesn’t hurt that she’s totally hot. We love Mirren takes fashion risks and owns them. We only have one question: How did she learn to walk in those?!
