Women Are Swapping Their Boring Water For This Ice Pop Electrolyte Mix!

I’ll be the first to admit that I’ve purchased more than one pair of sneakers based solely on looks alone only to find that wearing those beautiful sneakers caused me so much foot pain. Ouch! I used to suffer through it–or worse, let the sneakers collect dust in the bottom of my closet–but not anymore. Why? I finally got a pair of Dr. Scholl’s insoles.

For a long time I mistakenly thought that insoles were just for, umm, older people. But I was so wrong. Dr. Scholl’s actually has tons of insoles for everything from ballet flats to high heels. My current favorite–because I’m trying to walk for an hour every day–is the Soft Cushioning Insoles for Casual and Fashion Sneakers.

Soft Cushioning Insoles for Casual and Fashion Sneakers ($9.99)

Much to my surprise, these $10 insoles have made sneakers I never used to wear because they were so uncomfortable bearable. Not just that–they’re actually comfortable for long walks now!

Another thing that surprised me about these insoles? They’re not huge and bulky in my sneakers. I used to worry that insoles would take up too much room in my shoe leaving my foot cramped, but not these. They’re thin, yet they really do provide extra support and cushioning. They’re a game-changer!

If you have shoes you love to look at, but hate to wear because they hurt your feet, you should definitely try an insole. They work!
