The best part of getting to walk the floor at Active Collective, the industry trade show that brings hundreds of the best activewear and leisure brands together? Getting a sneak peek at all the incredible trends to come this year!

I was lucky enough to get an invite this year and let me tell you, there are so many good athleisure trends to be on the lookout for in 2018. Here are some of my faves from six cult activewear brands:

Our friends at Beyond Yoga are definitely working with lots of jewel tones this year, so expect to see lots rich blues and reds at your workout classes this year.

According to the team at Koral, hardware details will be huge this season. Think leggings and drapey tees with cool grommets and more.

Your 2018 must-have according to the ladies at Lanston? Long bra tops, which offer more coverage than traditional sports bras, but will definitely keep you cool during high intensity activities like spinning.

The team at Good Hyouman assures us that colorblocking is definitely a trend that’s here to stay. You’ll not only see this cool color-play on leggings, but on tops and tanks, too.

One of our favorite activewear trends of the season as forecasted by the folks at Onzie? Layering, specifically the idea of wearing three piece sets to work out that include a great pair of leggings, a cool sports bra and a soft, easy top.

Last but not least, Nancy Rose reminded us that mesh is another oldie but goodie that isn’t going anywhere in 2018. Leggings and tops with mesh cutouts are still going to be just as popular as ever this year.
