Planning the wedding shouldn’t be all on the bride’s shoulders. There is plenty for the groom do in the months leading up to the big day. Need some ideas? Check out these nine tasks perfect for him to take on.

Of course the bride will have plenty of input. But once you’ve chosen the destination, the groom can take on the finer details, such as booking the hotel and flights, figuring out excursions, making dinner reservations and the like.
What man doesn’t love cake? Let him book the cake tasting and then the two of you can show up to sample all of the delicious flavors.
The groom should be able to choose what he wears, whether it’s a formal tux or a more casual look.
Invites usually have a lot of different components—the actual invite, response card, etc.—so task him with actually stuffing all of those envelopes.
Most guys love cars—and your groom might even be a bit particular in how you guys get to and from the wedding. Let him figure out how you and the rest of the bridal party can ride to the wedding in style.
He can liaison with the hotel to make sure that they reserve a block of rooms for all of your out-of-town guests.
The groom can round up all of his guys to make sure they get their suits/tuxes fitted in a timely manner.
You might want to say a few words at the reception to thank them for coming and sharing in your day. Unless you’re really committed to speaking, let your groom worry about this.
