You don’t actually need apps that claim to clean up your iPhone cache. All you have to do is go to Settings > Storage > Cached data. From there you hit “ok” when asked if you want to Clear cached data.
Apps That Claim To Boost Battery Life
All of those apps that claim they can boost your battery are unnecessary, at best. A better way to boost your battery is by enabling Optimized Battery Charging, which is available on iOS 13 and later updates. With this feature turned on, your phone will delay charging past 80 percent.
Built-In Apps
You can now remove built-in Apple apps that you never use — and that sap storage on your phone. If you never utilize apps like iBooks, Contacts, Compass, or Find My Friends, delete them (this will only work if you have iOS 10.
By constantly updating and streaming videos, Facebook is a big-time battery drain on your phone. The app also tracks your browser activity and feeds that info to its advertisers. Deleting the app is good for your phone and for your privacy.

Much like Facebook, the Facebook Messenger app is sketchy when it comes to protecting users’ privacy. The app does not feature end-to-end encryption, which means authorized Facebook employees can, technically, read your messages.
Angry Birds
Angry Birds is just an example of one of several mobile games that proved extremely addictive and was then found to be funneling users’ data to third-party advertisers. Not only will deleting the app probably give you back some valuable time, but it will also help you protect your privacy. And be careful of other free apps — if you aren’t paying a price for them, your data is often sold for profit.
