Mariah Carey tells E! News that her go-to diet consists of salmon and wild capers. While you may already know that salmon is a great source of lean protein, you may not know exactly what capers provide for your body. Capers are low in calories and contain phytonutrients, antioxidants, and vitamins.

Believe it or not, Beyoncé and Jay-Z once went on a vegan diet for 22 days straight. Beyoncé's trainer Marco Borges tells E! News that Beyoncé still sticks to a plant-based diet after her vegan cleanse. "The transition [from vegan] was fairly easy, because [now] she's sticking to a mostly plant-based diet with some fish here and there," Marco says.

According to The Black Book Of Hollywood Diet Secrets, Jennifer Lopez swears by essential oils for her amazing body. J.Lo actually prefers hers to be not just any essential oil, but a grapefruit essence oil. We'll definitely trust her opinion on this one!

According to Glamour, singer Katy Perry reportedly sticks to mushrooms to stay in shape. "Katy reportedly follows the M-Plan: Over a 14-day period, she replaces one meal a day with a dish featuring raw mushrooms," says Lexi Petronis of Glamour

It's no secret that salads can be pretty bland. Thankfully, you can try to spruce them up a bit with filling proteins. Jennifer swears by this for both lunch and dinner, she confirms and tells Elle that this typical go-to meal consists of "some form of vegetables or salad with protein—pretty basic."
