If there's one human being that's perfect in any and every way possible, it's Beyoncé. Queen Bey had us shook for over a decade with her talent and looks, which seem to just get better and better as she gets older. Want to look just like her? Well, you can't, but you can become fierce and fabulous by follwing her rules to keeping her MILF status!

First off, Beyoncé put in hard work for her post-baby body. She went on a vegan diet for 22 days just to shed the baby weight, and it worked so well that her trainer, Marco Borges, created a meal plan service based on it!

Beyoncé also keeps her workout routine in check. Borges trains Bey with Power Moves workouts to save time and get a full-body workout. She also does interval training, and switches between sprinting and running on the treadmill to burn more calories in a shorter time.

One of the most important factors that makes Beyoncé's body so flawless is her dedication. "I had to lose 60 pounds. They had me on a treadmill. I ate lettuce!" she told a crowd during a concert she had after the birth of her daughter, Blue Ivy.
