Dunkin’ Donuts is one of today’s most popular fast food restaurants for those who love a good coffee fix. While it may not seem like the type of place you may stop on a weight loss journey, think again!
Like all fast food chains, stopping at Dunkin’ Donuts for a meal instead of making something at home while on a weight loss journey, but sometimes, you’ve got to do it. Also, you might just be having a craving for one of their tasty items! To ensure you can still visit Dunkin’ Donuts this fall, here are three low-calorie Dunkin’ menu items recommended by dietitians. Read more about them below.
1. Egg & Cheese Wake-Up Wrap
Dunkin' is famous for its breakfast sandwiches, which are filling, cheesy, and yummy, but many of them are made with very high-calorie, fattening ingredients. For instance, while their croissant sandwiches are indulgent and delicious, they're almost 800 calories! While it can be hard to avoid those, it's best to steer clear of them and order something else for a lower-calorie breakfast that can set you up for success.
Instead, registered dietitians like Abbey Sharp recommend the Egg & Cheese Wake-Up wrap, which is a lighter, protein-rich option that still gives you the flavor elements of a classic breakfast sandwich, noting it makes for a "super satisfying" on-the-go meal.

2. Omelet Bites
While Starbucks may be super famous for its breakfast egg bites, Dunkin' has them too, and they're just as tasty and filling! While they've slowly been discontinuing their extra weight loss-friendly Egg White and Veggie Omelet Bites, there are still the Bacon and Cheddar versions being sold, which may be a little higher in fat, but still offer a high-protein, low-carb breakfast option.
In her TikTok video on ordering at Dunkin', Abbey notes that when combined with the Wake-Up wrap, adding these egg bites to your order can create a meal with "24 grams of protein."
If you really want to stick to something more low-carb, you could get two orders of egg bites for your meal.

3. Chicken & Roasted Red Pepper Wrap
If you're "egghausted" and tired of eating a lot of eggs to lose weight, or need an option from Dunkin' that doesn't seem like breakfast. A nice and flavorful option is the Chicken Roasted Red Pepper Wrap, which includes chopped chicken breast, roasted poblano peppers, and a cheese sauce. Doesn't that sound good?
The savory wrap is recommended by Registered Dietitian Steph Heflin, who notes that this wrap "will give you the most protein" on their menu, and "pairing it with an apple or side of fruit can give you some extra fiber."
Which of these three weight-loss-friendly Dunkin' Donuts food orders would you try first?
