Gucci is killing the game right now; their sales are outpacing the luxury market 2-to-1, and thanks to items like last year’s Princetown mules and their logo tees, tastemakers everywhere know that a closet full of Gucci is essential.

So, what big shoe style is the designer brand pushing this season?

It’s a jeweled fisherman sandal that some are calling the ugliest trend of the season!

The Marmont Crystal Embellished Fisherman Sandal just became available via pre-order, and Who What Wear points out they’re already selling out.

Whoa!

The rubber fisherman sandals features their signature double G logo, and some very bling-y rhinestone embellishments. Gucci’s rabid customer base is already placing orders on Nordstrom, Barney’s, ModeSens and Gucci’s own retail site. They’re available in black, pale pink and white–but we’re guessing that the pink are going to be biggest of all. The rubber style is giving us major jellies vibes, while the fisherman silhouette is reminiscent of those bestselling Salt Water Sandals everyone seems to be wearing now.

Since the shoes *JUST* became available for pre-order, and haven’t even shipped yet, there don’t seem to be any bloggers or influencers that have worn them yet. Stay tuned–we’re expecting to see them everywhere once the style is actually available.

So–tell us what you think: are you on board with Gucci’s latest shoe style?
