The Goop founder can be seen striking a pose in the mirror while wearing a tight figure-hugging black workout top which makes her toned and sculpted arms extremely hard to ignore, teamed with some matching cropped black workout leggings. We've been seeing a *lot* of celeb-approved workout leggings over the past few months – from Jennifer Aniston's sleek black pair to Sofia Vergara's fiery orange-hued ones – and now Gwyneth's versions are also on our list of favorites!
The Contagion star finished off with the Hoka Rocket X running shoes to add a pop of color to her otherwise all-black outfit. Her Mymode by Tracy Anderson eco movement equipment was also very visible in the picture too, which the actress no doubt uses a lot to achieve her super-enviable figure!

Gwyneth Paltrow Causes A Stir With Controversial Remarks About Having Children
The Iron Man actress has been hitting the headlines for other reasons too, as she caused quite the stir earlier this week when she and Katy Perry were discussing motherhood and relationships on the latest episode of The Goop Podcast.
The Sliding Doors actress and the "Harleys in Hawaii" singer candidly discussed how having children can sometimes be "hard on a relationship," with Paltrow saying that having young kids can sometimes even "ruin" relationships. Yikes!

"Like I’ve looked back now on the data set of parents with young kids and it just ruins the relationship. It’s really hard!" she added, before going to confirm that she has zero regrets about her now 18-year-old daughter Apple, who she shares with ex-husband Chris Martin.
"I never felt lonely after I had her. And I had felt profoundly lonely in my life," she confessed, while Perry, 38, added: "I think if both people in the relationship are willing to do the work then it’s going to be so much easier. But if one person thinks they don’t have any work to do then it’s going to be really challenging."
