Gwyneth Paltrow couldn’t be any more iconic, and just proved this yet again by rocking shiny gold paint on her toned figure to celebrate the big 5-0! The Goop lifestyle mogul shared a stunning image this week with her 8.2 million Instagram followers— one that shows her posing nude against a white backdrop, as her skin is covered in an eye-catching, radiant tint.

In her caption, the Academy Award winner wrote, “50” with two gold stars as thousands of fans liked the post and left supportive and sweet comments. “Happy birthday ageless goddess!” one user said while another added, “you make 50 the new 20.” (We agree!) Others left heart-eye, red heart and birthday-affiliated emojis in her comment section, while her famous friends chimed in with loving wishes for her big day, too. “HAPPIEST OF DAYS AND YEARS AHEAD,” Kerry Washington wrote while Naomi Watts added, “Yes mama” with lightning and hands raised-in-the-air emojis, “happy birthday QUEEN.”

This post comes after another sultry snap that Paltrow shared with her IG followers the week before— a black-and-white bikini-clad pic that also flaunted her insanely sculpted bod and cute summer style. Along with that upload, the Shakespeare in Love alum linked to a blog post in which she reflected on her life and opened up more about her thoughts on aging as she approached her milestone birthday.

In that post, Paltrow wrote, “On September 27, I’ll turn 50. As I sit here contemplating this idea in the late summer morning, no moisture in the air, breeze moving only the tops of the trees, I strangely have no sense of time passed.” She continued, I am as connected to this feeling of longing, of promise—promise of the fall, of something ebbing—as I was 30 years ago. I understand on some level that life is linear, that I have lived x number of days thus far and I have more in the basket under my arm than I do in the field before me.”

The Royal Tenenbaums actress went on, “But there is something about the sweetness of life that exists deep within me that is unchanged, that will not change. It is the essence of the essence. It seems to be getting sweeter.” While fans can read her full sentimental message via her Goop site, Paltrow noted how she plans to spend the next decade of her life, writing, “I would like to slow down. I would like to retreat a little bit. I would like to make my circle smaller. I would like to cook dinner more. I would like to see misunderstandings become understandings. I would like to continue to open the deepest part of myself to my husband, even though it scares me. I would like to sing more, even if it’s just in the shower. I would like to tell anyone that had a negative experience with me that I am sorry.”

She also added, “I would like to fully acknowledge myself. I am imperfect, I can shut down and turn to ice, I have no patience, I swear at other drivers, I don’t close my closet doors, I lie when I don’t want to hurt feelings. I am also generous and funny. I am smart and brave. I am a searcher, and I can bring you along on my quest for meaning. When I love you, you will feel it encompass you through time and space and till the end of the earth. I am all of it.” Happy birthday, Gwyneth!
