Hough was spotted leaving the NBCUniversal Upfront Presentation, where she was doing press for the next season of AGT, wearing a two-piece dress that featured a plunging neckline and slit.
She had a high-fashion moment with the dress’ capped sleeves and dramatic ruffle detailing on the skirt. Hough kept her accessories minimum with some dainty rings and clear heels, but kept the red theme going with a bold lip.
