Kane Brown Flaunts His Recent Weight Loss In New Instagram Photos
The 31-year-old is one of today's most popular country music singer-songwriters, with some of his most popular songs being "Heaven" and another being "Thank God," which features his wife and the mother of his three children, Katelyn Jae. He's also been recognized for his talents by winning several awards throughout his career, like an Academy of Country Music Award, an American Music Award, and a CMT Music Award.
The dad-of-three has never been much of a flashy guy, but he stunned his fanbase with a recent Instagram post, where he revealed he's been on a health and fitness journey to improve the shape he's in and the appearance of his body.
"I've been super dedicated to fitness and health," he wrote in his caption.
"I would love others to come on this journey with me."
His post included a side-by-side photograph where he compared his physique from the start of April to mid-May, proving that he was able to get a lot more buff and enhance his abs in a fairly short amount of time. About a week later, he shared more pictures of himself wearing a retro outfit behind the scenes at his New Hampshire concert for 'The High Road Tour.'
