Sources close to Katy have reportedly denied the Ozempic rumors, insisting that her weight loss is entirely natural.
"She cut out sugar and processed foods, and it really worked,” an insider close to the singer told Life & Style back in April. “Mostly eats lean protein like chicken or fish and fresh veggies and fruits, nuts, and seeds.”
In July, another source credited her partner, Orlando Bloom, for helping Perry get in the best physique. "He’s been on a huge push himself the past year to get into the best shape of his life and has really motivated Katy to do the same.
“Right from the moment they get up, their healthy routine starts. Orlando acts like Katy’s personal trainer, standing over her with his stopwatch, getting her to do lunges, squats, ab work, and even some light cardio before she’s had breakfast," they added. "Orlando’s always trying out cleanses, and he gets Katy to do those, too. She hates them with a passion, but Orlando is super motivating.
