“When you are photographed all the time it’s natural to have insecurities or want to change certain things about yourself,” Kardashian revealed in the old interview. The scene also showed Kardashian at the doctor’s office talking through the procedures she planned to get and saying, “I wanna get my whole butt… the stretch mark and the cellulite laser that we’re doing on my butt.”
Kardashian also told her sister, Kendall, “I have stretch marks and cellulite, he does a little more for me. You don’t have stretch marks.” The clip, which resurfaced on TikTok years after it aired, had fans marveling in the comments at Kardashian’s previous transparency. “Back when they admitted to having work done,” one person wrote, while another commented, “they used to be so open about it now they hide it.”

Although Kardashian has not likely revealed every procedure she’s ever had done, the KUWTK star has admitted to getting “one nose job,” but shared that she reacted poorly to Botox and has not gotten injections since. There is something to be said about being honest about procedures and not promoting an unrealistic beauty standard, although the Kardashians have shared that they don’t believe they do so.
