Kim Kardashian has spent a large part of her life in the public eye, which means fans (and critics alike) have watched her face and body transform before their very eyes. Being in the public eye means Kim has had nowhere to hide over the years, and every little change to her face or body hasn’t gone unnoticed. Therefore, many fans – and again, some critics too – find it completely head-scratching that she still denies having any plastic surgery on her face, as the change in her appearance *more than* proves it! Even more so when side by side before and after pictures are compared!
The 42-year-old mom-of-four has discussed the topic of cosmetic surgery on a few occasions over the years, but has always denied it. She did, however, confess to having a little bit of Botox on her forehead last year, but to this day, still maintains that she hasn’t had any plastic surgery (despite fans being convinced that she has had at least one nose job!) or fillers in her lips or face.

On May 14th, the Instagram account @beauty.false posted a new carousel of before and after images and videos of the Skkn by Kim founder to highlight some of the extremely noticeable differences in her appearance over the years. They posted a side by side video of Kim being interviewed in 2010 on one side and then in 2022 on the other side, and the difference in her appearance was extremely obvious; especially when it came to the size of her lips, which she has bluntly said she has never filled.
The post also included some pictures of some direct quotes from Kim about plastic surgery taken from her 2022 Allure interview where she once again denied having plastic surgery. And as the old saying goes, a picture says a thousand words, which was all their 1M Instagram followers needed to flood the comments section with their thoughts.

Instagram Calls Out Kim Kardashian's 'Lies'
"I could never interview her and ask her these questions and not call her out when she lies about it," one fan wrote in the comments section, while another said that if they would love to show her before and after pictures of herself and ask, "'Please explain the difference we’re seeing here in your lips if you really don’t use filler.' If lips all suddenly grow why is that not happening for everyone?" "The temptation to go 'you know you've been in the public eye for a decade or more, right? Like, you realize a person can easily find old photos of you?'" said another, followed by the crying laughing emoji.
"She is admitting something small to gain trust then lying straight to your face," speculated another fan, in reference to her confessions about Botox. "Yup. Queen of manipulation and gaslighting," replied another fan, followed by the gold crown emoji. "Every karjenner has had a nose job too. The lies and lack of transparency do them no favours. We can all see the before and after pics on the Internet," said another fan. "I’m glad people are smart enough to realize that she is lying," someone else commented, while another Instagram user said: "The straight up lying is hilarious."
"I will never understand why they lie. It’s more harmful to be untruthful. Not to mention, we aren’t stupid, everyone can tell," noted another fan, while another responded with their own theory about why Kim and other members of her family appear to lie about what surgeries they have or have not had done. "They also lie because it creates a stir and a conversation between people and pushes their name out there again," the fan thought, adding, "Every so often you see a interview clip of them denying their surgery and it gets spoken about for ages afterwards. All publicity is good publicity."
Many others referenced the dangers of the Kardashian and Jenner women promoting false beauty standards, with one saying: "It's sick… there's nothing wrong with surgeries and fillers but it's so wrong to lie to all of the young girls who follow them."

What Has Kim Kardashian Said About Plastic Surgery?
To briefly recap, the Skims founder has denied having any work done to her face, apart from "a little bit of Botox," to quote her Allure 2022 cover interview. She also said she had "no filler" in her cheeks or lips, adding: "Never filled either one, ever. I’ve never filled my cheeks. I’ve never filled my lips… My eyebrows are real." She also noted that she has never used eyelash extensions, saying, "I have a drop of mascara on today."
And even though she admitted to Botox, she said at the time that she doesn’t have it done as often as she used to, saying: "I’ve chilled, actually." She went on to say that she really cares about her appearance and puts a lot of time and effort into her beauty treatments. "I care. I really, genuinely care about looking good. I probably care more than 90 percent of the people on this planet," she said. "It’s not easy when you’re a mom and you’re exhausted at the end of the day or you’re in school, and I’m all of the above. I do my beauty treatments usually late at night. After everyone’s in bed, I’m doing laser treatments."
