Kim Kardashian just revealed whether she wants more kids – and we have to admit that we were really surprised with her answer!
The 40-year-old reality star comes from a big family herself – she has older sister Kourtney Kardashian, younger sister Khloé Kardashian, younger brother Rob Kardashian, and younger half-sisters Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner – and has always spoken about wanting a huge family. Some might say that she has already achieved that, as she already has four children with 44-year-old estranged husband Kanye West – daughters North, 8, and Chicago, 3, and sons Saint, 5, who is currently recovering from a broken arm, poor little guy, and 2-year-old Psalm.

And let's not forget all her nieces and nephews too! Kourtney has three children with Scott Disick – son Mason, 11, daughter Penelope, 9, and another son, Reign, 6. Khloé has three-year-old daughter True with Tristan Thompson, Rob has four-year-old daughter Dream with Blac Chyna, and Kylie has three-year-old daughter Stormi with Travis Scott, and recently announced that she is pregnant with her and Travis's second.
So… does Kim want to add another baby into the mix? The SKIMS founder answered the question on everyone's lips when she appeared on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show", after the comedian asked her whether she would be tempted to have another baby to join Kylie's imminent new arrival.
"You’re not gonna have another baby," Ellen said to Kim on the show. "But you’re done, right?"
"Yes, yes…I think so," Kim responded. "Yeah, yeah, I think I’m done. I have a lot of kids. I’m done.”
"I’m telling you you’re done," Ellen said, as Kim laughed.
We were initially quite shocked to hear Kim make that announcement, however, it actually makes perfect sense to us, as Kim has been very vocal about always wanting to have four children. Plus, she said in a 2019 interview that four kids was all she "can handle."
"I LOVE my babies so much but 4 is all I can handle with how busy I am, and each one of my babies needs so much attention," the KKW Beauty founder said during a Q&A session on her Instagram Story back in August 2019.
The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star didn’t change her mind the next year either, as she said pretty much the same thing on Laura Wasser's "All's Fair" podcast in February 2020.
"I just can’t do more ’cause I really want to go to school and I really want to do all this stuff," Kardashian said. "I could do two more, but I just don’t think I should, I’d have to go through in vitro fertilization. I’m gonna turn 40 — I don’t want to be an old mom. I think four’s good.”
So, there you have it. Kim said she is "done" with having kids, but who knows what the future will hold. She may change her mind if she meets someone new!
