Kimberly Guilfoyle’s appearance is once again sparking conversation online, with fans struggling to believe how different she looks compared to her earlier years, before becoming closely associated with the MAGA movement.
The mom of one, who recently resigned from her position as U.S. ambassador to Greece following allegations of misconduct, has gone viral after old photos resurfaced showing her during her marriage to California Governor Gavin Newsom, who was serving as mayor of San Francisco at the time.
The resurfaced pictures have prompted widespread reactions, with critics speculating that cosmetic procedures, including Botox, fillers, and plastic surgery, may have contributed to her changing appearance. Others have pointed to what they describe as the signature “Mar-a-Lago look” as another possible factor.

Kimberly Guilfoyle's Transformation Goes Viral
“She looks like a different person. It’s important to note that she was always conservative—not sure if being with Donald is actually her ‘joining the dark side’ or just continuing her real self,” one commenter wrote.
Another person suggested, “It's called plastic surgery, fillers, Botox.”
“It's A LOT of plastic surgery—I didn’t recognize her,” another user commented.
Others were equally surprised by the comparison. “I can’t imagine these two having a conversation, much less being MARRIED at one point,” one person wrote, seemingly referring to the former couple’s differing political views.
“Literally in shock over this lol. I don't understand how I didn't know this,” another commenter added.
“I would seriously never know this is the same person,” someone else remarked, while another simply said, “She was really pretty.”
“She doesn’t even look like the same person,” another user wrote.
Kimberly Guilfoyle's Transition From Gavin Newsom's Wife To Key MAGA Figure
Gavin and Guilfoyle married on December 8, 2001, at St. Ignatius Church in San Francisco, California. Their marriage lasted approximately five years before they filed for divorce in January 2005. The divorce was finalized in February 2006.
At the time, Newsom was building his political career in San Francisco, while Guilfoyle was working as a television legal analyst and attorney.
Guilfoyle became publicly aligned with Donald Trump and the MAGA movement in 2018. That same year, she began dating Donald Trump Jr. after the two were introduced through mutual friends.
The relationship became public in the spring of 2018, and the couple got engaged in 2020. However, they reportedly went their separate ways in late 2024.
Guilfoyle's political career recently took another turn when she resigned from her position as U.S. ambassador to Greece on October 13, 2026. Her departure followed reports of allegations of misconduct and a corruption investigation, with the White House reportedly asking her to step down.
