It doesn’t look like all of Prince Harry’s demands for the coronation will be met! The Duke of Sussex, 38, reportedly wanted a meeting with his father, King Charles, 74, and brother Prince William, 40, while he is in the country for the coronation which will take place on May 6th, but we don’t know how likely that will be, as it’s being reported that King Charles will actually be doing the *opposite* and doing everything he can to keep the two feuding brothers away from each other on the big day. Yikes!

King Charles Aims To Keep Prince William And Prince Harry 'Apart'

Despite confirming that they have indeed received an invitation to the coronation (something we weren’t even sure would happen given all of the allegations against the royal family in Prince Harry's bombshell memoir, Spare) Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, 41, have yet to officially confirm their attendance. This could be because they are still in "negotiations" with the palace, as they have quite a long list of demands revolving around their security while they are in the country, their involvement in the coronation (including a balcony appearance) and Prince Harry requesting a formal meeting with his father and brother in attempt to heal their relationship.

If the Sussexes *do* attend the coronation though, it doesn’t look like Prince Harry will get the meeting with his father and brother he so desperately wants, as royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams has claimed that the King will "keep William and Harry apart" to avoid any tension or potential clashes on the big day.

(Although Fitzwilliams claimed that the feuding brothers will be kept away from each other on the big day, he didn’t necessarily say that they wouldn’t be able to have their talk before or after; so watch this space!)

Fitzwilliams told Ok! that the coronation "will be organized in a way that protects the dignity of an occasion which has deep religious significance," so keeping the feuding brothers apart seems like a good first step.

"The British are uniquely good at orchestrating and arranging ceremonial events, which will be reflected," he added. Fitzwilliams then went on to talk about the roles the Prince and Princess of Wales will play on the big day, as well as what he expects the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to do if they attend, as we have already learned that they will not be involved in the procession thanks to coronation plans that leaked last month.

The Sussexes Will Not Be Involved In 'A Large Part' Of the Coronation

"William and Kate will be an important part of the ceremony and it is reported William will be doing a homage to King Charles. There's no doubt that William and Catherine will have a pivotal role," Fitzwilliams predicted. However, he went on to say that Prince Harry and Meghan will not be a "large part of it," because "they've been so critical of the royal family," recently, adding "the interest won’t be focused on them."

Or perhaps it will be *too* focused on them, which is why the palace and coronation organizers want to keep them away from the spotlight as much as possible. After all, King Charles reportedly doesn’t want to be upstaged at his coronation, so keeping Harry and Meghan's roles to a minimum seems like a no brainer!
