Actually no, that title goes to the $60,000 necklace she reportedly got from BF Travis Scott, according to People.

After all the festivities, Kylie posted this photo to her Instagram, thanking everyone for her surprise birthday bash. "Thanks to all my besties for such a cute night," she captioned the photo, which featured her name spelled out in lettered balloons.
