Lady Gaga is back on stage, and fans are thrilled to see her rocking some new outfits on stage. However, fabulous costume changes aren’t the only attention-grabbing element she brought to her latest tour.

This week, the popstar opened her long-awaited Mayhem Ball tour, her first official tour since releasing her latest album, Mayhem. For her long and elaborate performance, Gaga strutted her stuff in several different dramatic costume changes, and one of the most noteworthy ones included an edgy white corset made from a gauze material. She danced and sang in the outfit, not long after allowing some outspoken political messages to grace the big screen. Read more about the opening shows below.

Lady Gaga Performs Her First 'Mayhem Ball' Shows In A Gauze Corset

Lady Gaga, whose full name is Stefani Germanotta, traveled to Las Vegas this week for the first and highly anticipated performances of her massive Mayhem Ball stadium tour, where she'll be performing some of her biggest hits, as well as tracks from her most recent album, Mayhem. The tour debuted on July 16th at the T‑Mobile Arena in Las Vegas and is just as much of an immersive theatrical journey as it is a concert, packed with drama, choreography, neat visuals, and, of course, fabulous costumes.

The long show was split into four "acts" that explored the various eras of her career, and she performed a grand finale. For one of the acts, she stepped out on stage in a chic, white corset dress that offered a gothic twist. The long dress included a cinched waist and exaggerated hips, giving it an over-the-top theatrical feel. It included a few sheer panels and had fabric draping along her body, flowing so that the Grammy award-winner was still able to dance around and show off her great legs.

While wearing the corset dress, she had her signature long, blonde Gaga hair flowing, and even brought out some avant-garde accessories for specific songs.

Lady Gaga Allows Fans To Display Political Messages On The Big Screen Before The Show

The eye-catching costumes weren't the only thing that's been mentioned in headlines since the extravagant Vegas concert debut. Before the show began, the 39-year-old allowed fans to submit messages that had the potential of being displayed on the venue's big screens, for all of the audience to see.

Fans reportedly submitted their messages and posts through a website named Voices.LadyGaga.com. For the 'Las Vegas edition' of the website, fans were given a prompt and asked to submit their answers, which would eventually be projected onto the big screen at the venue. However, not every fan followed the prompt and posted as they pleased; many of them decided to share political messages.

As seen in concert pictures and footage, some fans addressed the latest immigration raids in America, writing, "No human is illegal." Others wrote messages about "melting" ICE and addressing the war in the Middle East. Even if the messages weren't direct responses to the prompt from Gaga's team, they were not stopped or taken down, which has her fans applauding her for allowing them to use "free speech" at her show.

We'll be curious to see if the Star Is Born actress decides to address the messages or if she'll let them continue playing each night of her show, and we can't wait to see what other looks she may have in store.
